How do I return a product?
You can go to the Trinitas website under the Returns Tab or email us at returns@trinitastelecom.com. You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization document to include with your return shipment. Credit or replacement options are available. Make sure to include the RMA document in the return shipment as well as write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Upon receipt of shipment, credits will be applied within five business days.

Can I get a product not listed on your website? Product research?
Yes, Trinitas has access to thousands of products not currently listed on our website. We can also research and secure just about any product request for you. Simply email us at sales@trinitastelecom.com or info@trinitastelecom.com with your request.
Do I need to remove the “find my iPhone” feature before sending it back for a repair?
Yes, please deactivate all wireless services, delete all personal and corporate information, and remove the SIM or memory card before sending the wireless device to Trinitas If Trinitas finds any SIM or memory cards, they will be removed and shredded for data security purposes free of charge.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to deactivate your Apple “Find My iPhone/iPad,” or Samsung “Find My Mobile” security feature prior to sending the device to Trinitas will result in a considerable delay in processing and a significant reduction or forfeiture of payment. iOS devices must be disowned from DEP prior to shipment to Trinitas.
These devices will not be returned. Any locked devices received will be temporarily held and the client will be notified that deactivation/unlocking needs to take place for these devices.
What are your shipping turnaround times?
Shipping times are typically done the same day or within a twenty-four hour period upon order receipt.

Can I be sent a loaner phone while mine is being repaired?

Does your buyback program accept devices from all Carriers?
Trinitas accepts devices from all Major Carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile. If you have a different Carrier, Trinitas will need to verify it can offer a buyback to you.
